Pets are not allowed

Breakfast is not included in the room rates and is charged extra 10€/person

Check in: After 14.00 p.m

Check out: 11.00-11.30 a.m

The maid service is between 10.00 a.m to 14.00 p.m

Smoking is prohibited in internal premises.

Cleaning is day by day

For customers who have breakfast included rate the breakfast is served at our cafe bar from 7.30 a.m to 12.30 p.m.

There is no room service.

On two days accommodation might not be provided maid service except if asked.

Private clothes can be washed with extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Changes 30 days before the arrival there is no charge fee.
Changes after 30 days there is charge fee.

In case of cancellation during your stay,you are required to pay compensation equal to 100% of the cost for the remaining days.

 

Payments

Deposis must be paid in 7 days after the reservation is done.

The deposit is non-refundable,a Voucher can be issued for accommodation the following year upon consulation.

The Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit is not made on time.

The due balance amount is paid 30 days before the check-in.

Change Reservation

Any change to a reservation is subject to hotel availability at the time of the change and may result in a change in price and may require payment or cancellation fees. Please contact the reservation manager for any changes you may wish to make.

Transfer

Please let us know your arrival time and if you need any further assistance with your belongings, do not hesitate to ask 

for extra help, in order to arrange to pick you up directly from the port terminal.

 

Our reception is located 300 meters away from the port-Our cafe-Το αρχοντικό της Κυρά Κοκόνας-and we will be waiting you there with a sign PATRAS APARTMENTS  in order to accompany you to the room.

Hotel Policy

  • For security reasons, you will be asked to present your passport or ID card upon arrival from the person who made the reservation.
  • The hotel has the right to ask from clients to show a credit card during the check-in and to be used as a guarantee for any extra consumption and for security reasons. The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
  • The hotel has the right to terminate the stay of its customers without any type of compensation if the staying customers do not comply with the general health, safety and general hotel policies
